Pepakura is a Windows application developed by Tama Software Ltd. which creates unfolded patterns from 3D data. It automatically unfolds 3D polygon-mesh models and allows you to edit them.

It comes in two flavors - Pepakura Designer and Pepakura Viewer.

Pepakura Viewer is the free version that allows you to view files and print them.

Pepakura Designer is the paid version that allows you to view and print files, edit the 3D models, and export them to other formats. It's a perpetual license (pay once - free for life) that allows for a future update for the 4.x.x version of the software. The latest software version can be downloaded from the developer's website.

Take note that Pepakura Designer doesn't have 3D data design features. It requires 3D data from other tools, such as AutoCAD, Blender, or Sketchup.
