[Julius Perdana] Command Car Type-97

We are still in the Patlabor universe and this is the Command Car Type 97 from the original OVA series and the manga. The Command Car or referred to as "Forward" is deployed to the scene with each Patlabor to relay information and assess the situations. In the original OVA, you will see Asuma Shinohara driving the Command Car when he is pairing up with Noa Izumi in her Ingram 1.
