The MSN-04 Sazabi was manufactured by Anaheim Electronics in the year 0093 U.C. under the commission of the Neo Zeon leader, Char Aznable. It is the first mobile suit to be equipped with a psycho-frame cockpit. To put that into simpler words, with the psycho-frame capable mobile suit a psychic/Newtype like Char can control the machine by only thinking about it. And the pilot can control the mobile suit as if it was his/her own body.

This technology plus Char's piloting skills and experience will give Amuro a hard time to overcome his rival. That is probably why Char himself secretly gave the psycho-frame system to Anaheim, which then use it to build the RX-93 v Gundam. So that he can battle Amuro in equally capable mobile suits.
