[Marine Corps] Blast Impulse Gundam

The ZGMF-X56S/γ Blast Impulse Gundam is the third variation of Impulse equipped with the γ Blast Silhouette pack. If the Force Impulse is an all-rounder mobile suit, and the Sword Impulse is the melee combat type, then the Blast Impulse is the long-range heavy artillery suit. For this purpose, the Blast Impulse is armed to the teeth with two huge M2000F Kerberos high-energy long-range beam cannons. At the back of each cannon are four tubes of GMF39 Quadruple Missile Launcher that fires multiple AGM41 Firefly guided missiles. Since these two weapons are attached to each other, they cannot be used at the same time. The weapons are jointed at the silhouette pack and with a see-saw movement, the Blast Impulse will swing down to shoot the cannons and swing up to fire the missiles.

To add more firepower there are MMI-M16XE2 Deluge Hyper-Velocity Rail Cannons mounted on top of the silhouette pack, and swing over the shoulders when used. To protect itself from a close-range attack the Blast Impulse can use a pair of MA-M80 Defiant Beam Javelins hidden in the cannon's compartment. To stabilize the suit and increase its mobility despite all the heavy weaponry it has additional thrusters mounted at the silhouette pack.
